Literally translated, the name of the dish is "Rolled Pig". It is roast suckling pig ('rolled' because the piglet is skewered and rotated when roasted). This popular non-Halal dish is called "lechon" (a Spanish word) in the Philippines and 烤乳猪 kǎo rǔ zhū in China 中 国 zhōng guó.
