Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
 

This famous story was written by Roald Dahl and was made into at least two movies 

  • Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971)
  • Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005)

It is about a poor boy who loved to eat chocolates. One day, together with 4 other children, he won a prize to visit a chocolate factory located in the town he lived in. The adventure begins inside the factory. 

The story advises children to be honest and trustworthy. It also has a message for parents: Don't spoil the children.

Ia mengisahkan seorang budak miskin bernama Charlie yang gemar makan cokelat. Pada suatu hari, Charlie bersama 4 budak lain memenangi hadiah untuk memasuki kilang cokelat yang terletak di tempat tinggalnya. Pengembaraan kanak-kanak dalam kilang tersebut penuh dengan adegan lucu, cemas dan menyeronokkan.

Cerita ini menasihati kanak-kanak supaya jujur serta tulus. Ia juga mempunyai mesej kepada ibubapa: Jangan terlalu memanjakan anak-anak anda.
