Vascular Bundle - Plants
The vascular bundle of plants are made up of the phloem and xylem tissues. The phloem transports food that is made by the leaves up and down the plant (in a bi-directional flow). The xylem transports water and dissolved minerals that are absorbed by the roots to the leaves. The flow is in one direction (uni-directional).
Berkas Vaskular/Pembuluh - Tumbuhan
Berkas vaskular / pembuluh terdiri daripada tisu-tisu floem dan xilem. Floem merupakan tisu yang mengangkut makanan yang dihasilkan oleh daun ke atas dan ke bawah tumbuhan (dalam arah dua hala). Xilem mengangkut air dan garam mineral terlarut yang diserap oleh akar ke daun-daun. Saluran ini adalah sehala.
