In other words, one or more new substances are created when there is a chemical change 化学变化 huà xué biàn huà . The new substance(s) is(are) chemically different from the substance before the change. The energy 能 源 néng yuán involved in a chemical change 化 学变化 huà xué biàn huà is usually a lot.
